I found the staff very friendly. The rooftop breakfast bar was also superb, and the food was fresh. I enjoyed the view while eating.

My room was small. The noise from the street was also very loud, even at night. I heard people singing and shouting.

the rooftop restaurant offered a great view during breakfast. the staff answered questions about the room and breakfast promptly. they helped us plan sightseeing efficiently. the room included an amazing river view plus it had comfortable features

i noticed that bolt or similar rideshare services could not access the hotel area. i needed to book taxis directly, which limited my transportation options.

My room, the "double room view", was smaller than i expected. the view was partially obstructed. the street noise was loud. The soundproofing wasn't adequate at all. it was hard to relax or get any rest because of this noise level.

The most convenient way to get to the hotel is by taking the subway. Start with the red line to Alameda, then switch to the green line and exit at Baixa-Chiado. It's about a 10-minute walk from there.
